A well-managed and integrated supply chain provides optimum efficiency and avoids delays. Retail, being the final stage of the supply chain, is crucial in getting items to end customers. This 120-credit Postgraduate Diploma programme is designed to train graduates from any discipline who want to work in retail or supply chain management in the baking and allied sectors. Aside from learning how to handle retail and supply chain management operations, students will also gain management and marketing skills.
